At Design Synchrony, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. Please review our updated refund policy below:

Cancellation of Orders:
You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours only if production has not started. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted, as we may have already begun processing your order.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can reach us via WhatsApp at 08091565803 or by email at support@designsynchrony.com.ng.

Returns:
The deadline for returning an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or the date a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

You may return items in accordance with the following conditions:

• The goods must be in their original packaging.

• The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.

The following goods cannot be returned:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• Goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature (e.g., perishable items).

• Goods that are unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons.

• Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods:
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. For the return address and further instructions, please contact our customer support via WhatsApp at 08091565803 or at support@designsynchrony.com.ng.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery.

Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
